1. Free Shipping on All Orders. How long does delivery take?

Orders typically take between 3–7 business days. Delivery for pre-order items may vary based on availability.

2. How will my delivery be shipped?

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery. Track your shipment anytime via our “Track Your Order”.

3. If I order more than one product, will they be delivered at the same time?

Whenever possible, we ship products together. However, depending on product availability or shipping methods, items may arrive separately. A notification will be emailed for each shipment.

4. Can I change my delivery address after shipping?

Before shipping: You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct address.

After shipping: Unfortunately, delivery addresses cannot be changed once an item has been dispatched.

Important Notes: Orders cancelled after 60 minutes may incur return shipping fees. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or undeliverable, the customer will bear the loss. Buyglobal cannot resend or refund such orders.

5. What if I receive the wrong product?

Please email our support team at support@buyglobal.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
